Rental Rates

The usual minimum stay is one week and the usual changeover day is Saturday.  You can access the property from 3pm on the day of arrival and check out is by 10am on the day of departure.   

Outside of peak season there may be flexibility with regards to length of stay or changeover days - please contact us.

Nightly Rates 2026 

low season - £150 (November, December, January, February)

Mid season - £175 (March, April, September October)

High Season - £200 (Easter holidays 4th April - 18th April, May, June) 

Peak season  - £250 (Summer holidays 27th - 30th June, July, August)
